Hey Kathy,
OK. So i was so excited by the jewelry featured on your site today that I called the studio to find out whether they were selling to any stores in Seattle. They said tthey are just in the midst of doing so, so I am super excited. In the meantime, Im planning to order a couple pieces from their website. Thanks again for sharing more inspiring and very cool art and artists! Seattle will be a great market for them.

Okay. Now you’ve done it…you’ve forced me to relish in the memory of my association with one of the most inspirational pioneers in architectural design of well known projects. I’m talking about Phillip Johnson.
In High School, I became aware of the beautiful designs of several development projects by Philip. Then, later in college, I actually got to meet and dine with the man a few times. It still baffles me how such a powerful person could seem to be just like one of us.
I frankly didn’t realize how larger-than-life Philip was until, after college, when I was employed with a developer in Houston, Texas, where I met him again. Still a humble but powerful man was he.
