Great interview! Her shoes are so timeless – they have a vintage sensibility and yet still feel so current. I want them all – especially those chocolate brown riding boots! I gotta admit, I hadn’t heard of Bettye before, but I’m a fan now. Off to Zappos to see what I can find…

Wow – as someone who has been obsessed with shoes for years (ok, decades), I really don’t know if I’ve ever seen such an incredible range of designs. Too many shoe designers are looking for the trendy thing to do, so it’s really wonderful to read the kind of thought Bettye puts into her designs and the making of her shoes. Keep on, Bettye! I’m your new biggest fan.
