These two make me want to go back to school. Their work is beautiful, functional, and inspiring.

I've perused many achitect magazines and thought this may be just another review of some somewhat interesting work. Lake|Flato are truly inspiring. I love their use of the environment around them. They are incredible talented. Great interview and thanks for all the pics posted within the article to showcase their work.

I love that Ted and David research materials and construction techniques that were used before we grew to rely on fossil fuels to make up for bad design, and I wish more architects did the same. The range of work they've done is so beautiful and the interview makes me appreciate the process they go through.
