Magda's statement about her Quietly Forgotten series (about how quickly nature reclaims its territory) really resonates with me. I have always been attracted to abandoned buildings, especially industrial sites, so I love this series in particular and I'm happy to read that Magda is interested in focusing on more series in her work.

Interesting article interview. Absolutely stunning photographs! Magda comes across as a passionate, interested (and interesting), talented individual. Reading the interview leads me to also believe that Magda has not only a great eye in regards to her work but also that she "sees" so much more in this world which is inspiring and rich.

I have always loved the fact that photographers help us to see better or see in a different way which I feel is incredibly valuable, fascinating, and insightful for me as both a viewer and as someone who is curious about the artist.

I very much look forward to seeing more of Magda's work now and in the future!

Thank you for sharing!

Warmly,
Stacy

Magda.

It seems that life so often distracts us from relishing those fleeting moments we experience when we are struck by beauty and symmetry in everyday objects, people, and places. That's why your work is so refreshing. You have a special way of capturing those moments for us to contemplate and enjoy over and over again. Thank you! And I can't wait to see the series you have in the works.

Thanks everyone!
Jeremy, to respond to your questions, even though I still prefer film, I do shoot with digital camera occasionally... it is mostly for assignments though, less for myself... All my travel photography was done actually with a medium format camera.
Best,
Magda
