What a shame that a photographer with these qualities now works for a teenage girlmagazine… Sometimes you have to make choices in life to be the best or to make easy money, shamefully he took the last option…

Andreas seems to have a talent to see personality and not just people. He was special person even as a schoolboy and he never fails to impress those of us who have watched him blossom into such a gifted artist. His pictures reflect the depth of the man behind the lens.

I’ve been trying to figure out why Andreas’ photos are so great compared to even the best work I’ve seen over the years in Rolling Stone and other magazines. I think what it comes down to is there is a quiet confidence in his work that doesn’t need any gimmicks. It’s all about the subject, and not an ego-trip for Andreas. Very refreshing to see this quality of work …thank you!
